As a small boutique agency, I offer a wide-variety of reasonably-priced services that receive my personal attention. My 26 years real estate experience as the Principal/Licensee of the business ensures my clients receive high quality advice and service at a price that will save you high overhead costs.
How do I keep costs down for you? Well, I offer a “User Pays” Property Management System that will save you hundreds of dollars every year. Here is an overview of how I keep costs low for you, and keep you in control of your property.
Rent Paid directly to you
Tenants pay rent directly to you so there is no ongoing management fee as the full amount of rent is paid to you.
To assist you in keeping track of rental payments, and though I cannot provide you with accounting advice, I can show you how my other clients keep records for tax purposes and will provide you ledger templates to assist you in keeping track of rental payments.
What you are charge for
You will only be charged when, and if, my services are required. Here is an overview of the services that attract a fee:

|Arranging repairs and liaising with tradespeople and tenant.||$27.50 inclusive of GST per repair|
|Attending the property to provide emergency access for tradespeople etc.||$110 inclusive of GST|

|Other Services not specified above||$110 inclusive of GST per hour charged in 15 minute increments|

My availability and work ethic gets results
One aspect of my service that results in achieving lower vacancy rates and higher rents for my clients is that I am prepared to outwork my competitors by being available for you and the property. Here are a few ways that I accomplish this:
- Providing a minimum of 30 minute open for inspections, especially on Saturday’s
- Showing properties by appointment, including out of business hours such as before and after work and on Sundays. I have found this ideal for securing busy, successful career people.
